The Fate's Lament is a craftable post-Moon Lord Magic weapon that is a direct upgrade to the Razorblade Typhoon. When used, 2 large blood vortices that bounce off tiles will be released. After a short time these will explode into smaller blood vortices that auto-aim into enemies.
Its best modifier is Mythical.
