The Forbidden Sceptre is a Hardmodesummon weapon that can be obtained after one Mechanical Boss has been defeated. Upon use, it will summon a friendly Sandnado minion.
Similarly to the Tempest Staff, the summoned Sandnado will shoot Sand Sharks at enemies.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, Minions cannot deal Critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Forbidden Sceptre has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
